I like how your projected road trip will hopefully mirror the progression of your baseball career. Starting out at UT in Austin and then ending up in the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Maybe your road trip will serve as a reminder and even more inspiration for what you love to do --baseball.
Your road trip seems really neat and very feasible. I like how you centered your road trip around what you love to play, baseball. It will be really cool to see all of the different professional games and work your way up to New York City.
Sweet trip, my man. It looks like you'll have Googles and Googles and Oodles of fun. Cool pictures, and videos dude. But just FYI, Josh Hamilton did drugs for a LONG TIME and cost himself a lot of money. As we all know, you're only as good as the dollar in your pocket (i don't know if that's even true). Therefore, I think you should omit him from your highlight video. Other than that, BRAVO son, BRAVO. :) woo hoooooo.
I really like all of the pictures you put up. They really help us see how you will spend your time and the personal pictures really make us understand why you're taking this trip!
I like that you revolve your trip around what you love kinda like some other people did here in class. I'm sure that traveling with your parents will decrease a lot of the cost which makes your trip really feasible. Good luck to you now and in the future!
I think its really great that you are including your passion for baseball in your road trip. It's also nice that you are going with family, because most people seem to be taking their road trips with friends. The idea of progressing from your career in Austin, to the big league stops and ending at the Hall of Fame is a nice theme as well!
I agree that it's cool your trip is going to follow where you want to eventually go in your career. I like your pictures and video as I think they help illustrate some of your different stops and help people get a feel for why you love baseball so much. Good job!
Andrew, I really liked all the links and photos that you posted for your blog. I liked that this trip is about you wanting to take your college baseball career to the major leagues and than to Cooperstown and that you're taking those that have always cared for you and your future! I really hope that you do make it to the majors and that you do end up in Cooperstown! Just remember to stay humble and keep your parents and your uncle proud!
I definitely like all of the pictures and videos you have on your blog. One thing that kind of throws me off is the color scheme. When I think of baseball I think of the all American sport. I'm not sure why you chose green, possibly a favorite color, but i think you should maybe change this. Other than that, I think this trip is a really cool one.
I hope that this trip will make you more passionate about baseball. Although I think your blog is a nice start, I think It'll be better if you have different pages or different posts. This one long post makes it hard for others to access it. Also, few links for baseball stadium or tickets would be nice, in case someone wants to go there as well. Anyway, I hope you have a great trip with your parents and have fun.
I think it's great that you have such a passion for baseball, and it's amazing that you play for UT. Taking this trip will remind you of what you love to do. I noticed that your blog is just one big post. I think that it would be easier to follow if you could separate it out a little, maybe make a page for the map and such. Otherwise, great trip.
I really like your goal and ambition to get to the baseball hall of fame. Keep doing the good work and maybe I will be watching you on TV one day. The only question I have is, what is your definition of the road trip?
I like how your trip is about your passion - what you love to do. You are traveling to experience more aspects of that passion. The pictures of you along with your favorite baseball players show what you are working towards, which is cool. It's sweet that you are taking your parents and your uncle, who have supported you for so long and helped you to become an awesome longhorn baseball player!
I really like your trip. You planned out various stops well, and fits into your definition. Your trip inspired me to take a trip to go around and visit different NBA arenas, and attend a NBA game in life.
Absolutely. Don't know if this is the famous fight, but wish you could've found the video of when he dropped his glove and ball, put the guy in a headlock and beat the shit out of him in front of 80 thousand people--I didn't think he got a punch in on Ryan? Either way, straight baller.
I guess I should say something actually useful...I like how you start off with your career and follow it up with pro stadiums that you appreciate and kind of allude to how you would like to continue your career. Tell Rupp I owe him a prairie-fire.
